Nut-Med Instant Pain Relieving Spray/SBPR

Groans, moans and other associated sounds of suffering are no doubt being heard across much of the Caribbean today as revelers sort through the aftermath of the just-completed Carnival celebrations. Like no other event on earth, Carnival in the Caribbean is an epic marathon of non-stop, round-the-clock partying for days on end. All that dancing, winin’, grindin’, palancin’ and general gettin’ on bad tests the limits of even the most physically fit. For relief, I recommend this little bottle of goodness from Grenada.

This is Nut-Med, a pain-relieving spray that’s pure West Indian magic! I picked up a bottle along my travels in an effort to combat some persistent knee pain, and I can wholeheartedly say that this stuff works.

Nut-Med is a product of Noelville Ltd., a small, home-grown Grenadian company located in Grenville, the island’s second-largest city nestled midway along the east coast, and home to Grenada’s largest nutmeg processing plant. As noted previously, Grenada is the world’s #2 producer of nutmeg, accounting for some 20% of the world’s supply, so it follows that the prized crop plays a large role in the cultural heritage of the island. Like the Morne Délice Nutmeg Jam that we told you about earlier, a bit of that cultural heritage can be found in Nut-Med.

Noelville Ltd.’s founder and developer of the Nut-Med formula, Denis Noel (also known as Dr. Spray), detailed the local folk roots of the remedy in a recent interview, saying:

What the old folks used to do, they used to take the nutmeg, grate it, mix it with soft candle, pour some alcohol on it, and light it with a match. It would melt down into a poultice, and they took that poultice and put it on the aching part of the body and they got pain relief.

Dr. Spray’s finished Nut-Med product basically follows the same folk remedy, with a few extra ingredients like menthol (5%) and methyl salicylate (5%) thrown in, probably for added fragrance and antiseptic benefits.

The main pain-relieving ingredient, though, is definitely the nutmeg. Medics have been using the stuff to treat various aches, pains and illnesses for hundreds of years. Some of the earliest recorded evidence of this dates all the way back to the 5th century, when nutmeg was used to treat digestive issues in China. In more recent times, nutmeg oil has become a popular treatment for those suffering with arthritis.

Nut-Med works along similar lines, though the spray is light, smells great and works very quickly. You just spray it wherever you have muscle or joint pain and rub it in. The stuff dries right away, won’t stain your clothes, and will have you ready for any post-Carnival fetes in no time!

Nut-Med can be purchased online directly from Noelville Ltd. They ship all over the world and boast 400,000+ orders to date with not a single return. Click here to order your Nut-Med today.

I was introduced to this stuff by a Grenadian friend a couple years ago, it was during a sailing trip he introduced me to this spray and to ginger sweets (works great for sea sickness) . It works great! but unfortunately is unavailable in St Martin (neither are the sweets 🙁 ). I visited several drugstores in Trinidad last year in search of the stuff and brought back a 2-year supply of the stuff (2 bottles) as an avid hiker, it comes in handy.

Now thanks to you i now know i can order when my supply runs out
