The Bloody Good Sunsets of Bloody Bay, Jamaica

The name might give you pause, but the spectacularly savage pirate battle that supposed inspired it went down ages ago. Today the only thing uncommon travelers might find ghastly about Bloody Bay is the abundance of large, sprawling resorts lining her shores. Bloody Bay’s location, though, dead-center on Jamaica’s west coast, the heart of Negril, makes stopping here for sunset photo-ops like this one a must when visiting Jamaica.

Splashing Around Negril, Jamaica

Negril brings out the kid in you like few places on earth. Four miles of pristine white sand beach stretching along vibrant aquamarine seas will do that.
