This seven-room nature-lover’s paradise is nestled in the verdant wilds along Martinique’s southwest shore. The beach sand is black; the water, unbelievably vibrant shades of blue and green. Colorful and fragrant wild flowers are everywhere. Civilization, in the form of the lively resort town of Trois Ilets, is just a few miles away, but it feels much further by virtue of the property’s secluded location well off the main road. The snorkeling here is great, and well-marked hiking trails are nearby.
