Bodysurfing in Barbados: Wish You Were Here
It’s still my favorite form of surfing, and not just because I’ve sucked at the more tradition version we all know and love. Bodysurfing requires no board, of course. It’s just you and the waves, your swimming skills and good timing (and a steady stream of swells of the size and variety usually found along the Maxwell Coast section of Christ Church, Barbados) all that’s required to fill an afternoon with a few cheap and memorable thrills.
