Counting Islets in the Sea of Abaco, The Bahamas

I don’t know what these islets are called. I didn’t get a chance to tie up at either of them during my last visit to the Abaco Islands a few years ago. As we’ve noted before, this uncommon corner of The Bahamas is a boater’s paradise filled with numerous secluded islets and cays to explore and enjoy – island-hopping Nirvana. I count these two as prime spots for me to investigate more closely when next I’m down that way.

Uncommon Caribbean
is Steve and Patrick Bennett, two brothers from St. Croix changing the way people think about travels to the Caribbean by putting authentic aspects of island life and the region's unique cultural heritage in the spotlight ahead of the glitzy, one-size fits all tourist trap image popularized over the years.
