Jungle Bridge, Costa Rica
When you’re out adventuring in the wilds of the Caribbean, as uncommon travelers are wont to do, a sturdy bridge is always good to find. This is especially true if said wilds consist of the Cloud Forest near the district of Saverge de Aguirre in central Costa Rica. Temperatures I encountered here a few summers ago were more than a bit chilly for this island boy. Light precipitation was near constant too making for some tricky footing along the tiny hike I enjoyed to the waterfall at Trogon Lodge. This bridge kept us high and dry, while also adding some extra magic to the enchanted forest surrounds.
