Our home island of St. Croix is small. Total area: 82 square miles. Having been born and raised here, it’s easy for me to think that I’ve seen it all; admired St. Croix from every angle. Each time I return for a visit, though, I find something new; a different perspective that makes me love St. Croix even more. The image above represents the latest such example. This is a look northward at the west coast of St. Croix from the seas just off the extreme southwestern tip of Sandy Point. The view came courtesy of an amazing and uniquely musical sunset sailing excursion with Lyric Sails. I’ll have a lot more to say about this special experience next week.
