MESSAGE FROM HOTEL CHOCOLAT, SAINT LUCIA:
As we face these times of uncertainly and the global challenge of COVID-19, the Government of Saint Lucia has announced the closure of Saint Lucia’s airports to all incoming commercial and private flights effective 11.59pm on Monday 23rd March 2020.
The Government of Saint Lucia has already closed all non-essential services which includes restaurants, transport and the accommodation sector in an effort to contain the spread of the disease.
With the above in place, we have had no choice but to close the resort from 23rd March through to the 18th May 2020.
We would like to reassure you that our main priority of Boucan by Hotel Chocolat remains the wellbeing and safety of our staff and guests.
We have adjusted our policies accordingly and have implemented a cancellation waiver program whereby all bookings made prior to March 23rd for stay dates between March 23rd through to 18th May 2020 will be offered a resort credit to be used for a future date for travel up to 24 months from your original travel date. Our standard policy applies if your cancellation is outside of the 21 days cancellation period. Our reservations department will remain open from 9am – 5pm daily.
We will continue to monitor the situation and look forward to welcoming you back to our resort as soon as it is safe and responsible to do so.
