Staniel Cay Airport (TYM) is a lot like other small landing strips that dot the 700 islands of The Bahamas — it has a small runway (3,031 ft × 75 ft), a terminal that could barely pass for a bus stop in much of the United States, and for intrepid Caribbean travelers it often serves as the first taste of pure paradise in the Exumas.
