They taste as great as they race! The cheeky catchphrase has long been associated with Goat Races in Tobago, the staple sport of the Easter Season in Trinidad's sister island. I've long wondered, though, if the saying is true.

In the first 3 months after a major hurricane one might expect any affected island to still show widespread signs of devastation. This was the big surprise of my trip back to St. Croix this past December – for the most part, the place looked pretty clean.
