Rhum Barbancourt is made directly from sugar cane juice, a method similar to that employed in the production of Martinique's rhum agricole.

Less is always more when mixing Caribbean cocktails. The White Empress Rum Cocktail, featuring Cruzan Rum from St Croix, is a great example.

St Nicholas Abbey is a spectacular historic site in Barbados. The thing that really drew us here, though, was the rum.
