Hilltop Coffee House
Hilltop Coffee House is an excellent option for breakfast on Saturdays. Here David Lea and his wife Clover serve waffles and superb coffee surrounded by his extensive memorabilia of Montserrat’s past. Everything from relics reclaimed from the exclusion zone to photos of eruptions through the years to colonial-era advertisements—there’s a lot of history in the place. There’s even an entire corner dedicated to the legendary Air Studios and all the music from the 70s and 80s recorded there.
