Free As You Wanna’ Be In The Tobago Cays

Want to feel like a kid again? Then you’ll want to head to the Tobago Cays. This collection of five uninhabited tiny islets sits at the southern end of the Grenadines that fly the Vincy flag. This is heaven; a sandy bottom lagoon in the middle of the sea. The protected Tobago Cays Marine Park covers 1,400 acres. All five cays – Petit Rameau, Petit Bateau, Baradal, Petit Tabac and Jamesby – are included. So too is the barely inhabited island of Mayreau. The wild undersea wonders of Horseshoe Reef are here too. Arriving in these waters just makes you feel giddy; like a school kid on your first day of summer. You’re free, unrestrained, and as wild as your surroundings. Uncommon travelers couldn’t ask for a nicer playground.
