Saturday Video: The Caribbean’s Most Uncommon Kiteboarding School
Learning to kitesurf in Cabarete, Dominican Republic is pretty amazing, as we’ve already shown, but if you’re looking for an even more uncommon spot to try your hand at this high-flying water sport, then the JT Pro Center just might be for you.
JT’s is located in the incredible slice of heaven pictured above – Union Island in the Grenadines.
Known as The Tahiti of the West Indies, Union is just three miles long by one mile wide!
Though small in size, Union tallawah when it comes to offering absolutely ideal kitesurfing conditions, as you can see in today’s featured video…
Pro kiteboarder Jeremie Tronet founded the place with an eye toward serving both beginners and experts with lessons, photo/video shoots, and kite tours to surrounding islands. There’s even surfing, paddle boarding, fishing, snorkeling – basically anything and everything that’s fun out on the water.
And for those times when you want to stay dry, JT’s offers a variety of idyllic hotel options, including its very own three-room property right on water, a mere 15 feet from the spot where you’ll receive a lot of your kiting lessons.
A perfectly uncommon spot to learn one of the most perfectly uncommon sports…
