Private Island Social Distancing In The Prickly Pear Cays
As social isolation spots go, the Prickly Pear Cays work pretty well for me. Prickly Pear East and Prickly Pear West are located just six miles from Anguilla. Both are uninhabited, though Prickly Pear East is home to a small bar and restaurant. One of six marine protected areas of Anguilla, the Prickly Pear Cays are a natural wonderland. Snorkeling and scuba diving here are particularly great. As you can see, though, the beach on Prickly Pear East is pretty sweet unto itself… especially when yours is the only boat anchored offshore.
