Trinidad Carnival 2010: An Uncommon Smiling Beauty

For anyone who missed Trinidad Carnival 2010, especially those suffering through “Snowmageddon” up north, here’s a photo to warm your soul.

The Caribbean’s most renowned party, Trinidad Carnival, is a vibrant celebration of immense size, pageantry, and unmitigated joy.

Of course, the costumes are pretty nice too. Revelers leave little to the imagination, making this the Caribbean’s premier event for people-watching. Some 40,000 people – many of them hard bodies like this week’s beauty – traveled to Trinidad Carnival 2010.

The dates for the 2011 Trinidad Carnival are March 7 and 8. See you there..?!
