I've yet to visit Belize, a hole in my Caribbean travel game that her rums have done precious little to entice me to fill... until now, thanks to Tiburón Rum.

The condensing of rum cocktails into cans is not a practice I'd generally condone. Gosling's Dark 'n Stormy in a can, though, is another story.

The Jamaicanite is a tad more sour than sweet, deadly and delicious rum cocktail, in large part owing to its main ingredient, Appleton V/X.
